- Kitchen carcasses from stock (unassembled & under 15 units): 5 days
- Kitchen carcasses from stock (assembled & under 15 units): 7 days
- Kitchen carcasses from stock (Assembled or unassembled above 15 units): 10 days
- Special requested carcass materials (by enquiry): 15 days
- Cutting and edging: 5 days
- Cutting and edging ordered-in materials (if you selected 'other' under board material): 15 days.
- MFC Facias in stock: 5 days
- MFC Facias ordered-in: 15 days
- MDF fascias unprimed: 5 days
- MDF fascias primed: 15 days
- Decorative panelling: 5 days
- Decorative panelling primed: 10 days
*Please note that all lead times are in working days (Monday-Friday).
While our trade kitchen service is available to everyone, we'd advise against individuals who lack experience in kitchen installations from utilising our kitchen service. While you do not require a special trade account for ordering on our site, we cannot accept liability for inaccurately measured or incorrectly ordered components. We recommend that only those who are confident and experienced in kitchen installations utilise this service.

Yes we can! On the product page of each unit, there is a 'Pre-assembly' tickbox. Select this tickbox on each unit before adding it to your basket to have your carcass pre-assembled.
While we do offer pre-assembly for kitchen carcasses, we do not assist with fitting or installation.
Any credit or debit card including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, or you can pay by Paypal.
If you'd like to pay by card, simply click 'place order' on the checkout page. You'll find the Pay by Debit or Credit Card option underneath the Paypal login option. You do not need a paypal account to pay by card.
Unfortunately, no. In order to keep our pricing low, we can only deliver locally to Jersey addresses.
We'll give you a call when your order is ready to be collected. If we can't get through to you by phone, we'll contact you by email.

If, after placing your order, you have changed your mind, or you have made an error in your measurements, please contact us immediately on 01534 862978, and we'll try to intercept the order before it is processed. We cannot cancel your order or process refunds after the order has been cut. Due to the efficiency of our tech and machinery, your order can go into production almost immediately after being placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a refund after your order has been placed.
