We use our own vehicles and dedicated drivers for delivery, ensuring that your order receives careful handling and minimising packaging. This approach also supports our commitment to reducing waste and environmental impact.
Our drivers will call ahead to personally deliver your order to your door or site. If this isn't possible, and unless you specify otherwise, we'll securely leave your order in a designated location, or with a neighbour or named colleague.
In the rare event that neither of these options is viable, we'll return your order to our workshop and schedule a redelivery, which may incur an additional fee, or you can arrange to collect your order for free.
Please note that our drivers are only authorised to deliver to ground-floor entrances. They are unable to transport packages to specific rooms or negotiate stairs due to insurance limitations.
For larger or heavier items, our drivers may require assistance unloading the panels.
Refunds
If, after placing your order, you have changed your mind, or you have made an error in your measurements, please contact us immediately on 01534 862978, and we'll try to intercept the order before it is processed. We cannot cancel your order or process refunds after the order has been cut. Due to the efficiency of our tech and machinery, your order can go into production almost immediately after being placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a refund after your order has been placed.
- Damages
If your order appears to be damaged upon delivery, please take a photo of the damage and kindly attach the photo(s) to an email to [email protected] within 10 days of delivery. We'll then get back to you to discuss replacing your order. We cannot replace damaged panels or products which have been fitted or used.
